  • What is your return policy? 

    Volcom offers a 30 day return period on all items ordered on www.volcom.co.uk. Return timeframe starts from original ship date.

    Items must be in 100% resalable condition. (tags and original packaging required).

    Items purchased through retail stores must be returned to its original location.

    Once the returned article(s) have been received and processed by our Logistics department, you will get a confirmation e-mail and a refund will be completed as soon as possible via the method of payment used to place the order (Credit Card or Paypal).

  • Do you ship internationally?

    www.volcom.co.uk offers delivery only for the United Kingdom (excluding the Channel islands)

  • Can I be notified when an item comes back in stock?

    Currently we do not have a program within our system that notifies customers of an item becoming available from a backordered status. The majority of our apparel and accessories are seasonal runs and typically only lasts a couple months before the item is either discontinued or re-vamped into another like item. We do not have any back stock of items that we created in previous seasons and are unable to place a personal or custom order for these items. You can also check our Dealer Locator to see what retail stores and authorized dealers are in your area that might possibly have the item you're looking for in stock.

     

  • What are the different shipping methods available?

    We offer the following shipping methods:

    - Standard home delivery - UPS/La Poste/SEUR
    - Express home delivery - UPS (saver or express)/TNT/SEUR Express
